Basils Farm is a Care farm in Dunstable, providing outdoor learning for a range of groups, from vulnerable adults and children to mainstream school trips, in the heart of the Chilterns. Our Oak sessions run daily, Monday to Friday. Our day starts at 10am and ends at 4pm. Oak sessions cater to 19+ adults who can engage in life skills, such as animal husbandry, growing and caring for vegetables, making preserves and arts and crafts using natural materials, which are sourced from Basils Farm. We are open 50 weeks a year, excluding bank holidays.
Our Woodland Rangers club for 7 - 15 -year-olds, runs weekly for 6 weeks, come rain or shine.
Come and have fun in the outdoors with your children, where activities are based on topics following the National Curriculum. We offer groups of up to 12 children 4 - 10 years. We are open 50 weeks a year.
£15 per child per session or £72 for a 6-week block

Wednesday and Fridays from 5 pm to 07:30 pm. We offer young people 14+ hands-on learning in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where they can work with the animals, make crafts, cook their dinner on an open fire and meet friends. Learners gain valuable life skills, which in turn enables their self-confidence and self-esteem.
