At Basils Farm in Dunstable, we carry out a wide range of work for wildlife conservation across our farm and the surrounding countryside. Contact us today to find out more about our efforts.
We aim to make the entire farm wildlife-centric, with birdhouses on every tree, cameras in the woods to monitor nightlife, a permaculture approach to growing, and a complete recycling and re-use programme to ensure everything we do is sustainable.
We have recently planted 200 saplings to extend the woodland area, creating a more hospitable landscape for much of the local wildlife. These are just some of the projects we have planned for the future, and we aim to continue promoting wildlife conservation across everything we do.
